It has always seemed to me that anything is possible at Omega. That we can do anything here. Omega has always been very open to any initiatives, from internal improvements to completely new projects and development directions. At Omega, there is a spirit of accepting initiatives and researching new technologies, new market segments, and the like. Omega has always had that spirit of openness and desire for progress.

What I like about Omega is that I get guidance, instructions, and clear explanations about what I need to do, and yet enough freedom to be creative. My opinion is respected and I learn something new every day. I often say that I couldn't find better people to share my workplace with, and I confirm that thought every day. Everyone is always ready to help and answer any questions. The atmosphere is great, relaxed but dynamic, business-like but pleasant.

My first contact with Omega was at the Career Speed Dating at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing. I liked the working conditions and the opportunity for constant learning and improvement. I like that at Omega, as a student with no experience in the IT sector, I gradually get used to the job, and my fear of how I will do something has completely disappeared. The atmosphere at work is great, and colleagues are approachable and always willing to help, which makes the working day pleasant.

Omega is a group of enthusiastic, professional, and constructive people who make the production of complex projects, knowledge sharing, and personal development easier and achievable. The pace is fast, and expectations are high, but the benefits are also real. I was most impressed by the developed culture of monitoring progress and recognizing extra effort and rewarding excellence. If we add to that a family atmosphere, billiards, table tennis, and a gym, the working environment of Omega is a superb and special experience.

At Omega, every individual with a good idea can be the bearer of change, that's what makes it special. In addition, the work atmosphere where everyone is willing to help is one of the biggest advantages for me personally. Customized solutions allow me to quickly master completely new knowledge and skills, and I am especially enthusiastic about projects of social importance in which I directly participate in the creation of a digital community.
