Centrix is a constantly evolving widespread product. We have introduced a partner program, to expand and strengthen our network of qualified implementers.
This program is designed to give partners access to our resources, as well as the opportunity to become key participants in the distribution and implementation of Centrix solutions.
Certification and training
Basic training
Basic Centrix training provides fundamental knowledge and skills needed to efficiently maintain and upgrade Centrix systems. The program covers the following areas:
- Book of received mail
- Inputting cases and documents

- Examination and processing of documents

- Legal proceedings
- Organization
- Labor rights

- Knowledge test
Recertification training
Recertification lets you refresh your knowledge and familiarize yourself with the latest Centrix functions. It includes:
- Repeating previous lessons
- What's new in Centrix
- Centrix add-ons
- Knowledge test
Status
Each certified implementer receives a “Centrix implementer” certificate, valid for one year. After it expires, it is necessary to take the recertification.
Conditions for acquiring and maintaining partner status
To acquire the status of certified partner, it is necessary to:
- Have valid certificates for at least two team members
- Have at least one development engineer certified by Microsoft technology
- Have two development engineers with a minimum of 2 years experience working on the Rhetos open development platform
- Have one employee with a passed professional exam for the protection and processing of archival and record materials
To maintain the status of a certified partner, it is necessary to:
- Have valid certificates for at least two team members
- Have at least one development engineer certified by Microsoft technology
- Have two development engineers with a minimum of 2 years experience working on the Rhetos open development platform
- Have one employee with a passed professional exam for the protection and processing of archival and record materials
- Implement at least one Centrix module implementation in the past year

Certification Process
Application
- The interested companies send a request to access the program
Training
- A prerequisite for the training is knowing the Regulation on Office Operations and the Act on Archive Material and Archives
- The courses are held at Omega
- The training duration is 40 hours
Exam
- Online knowledge testing at the end of each course
Certificate
- A "Centrix implementer" certificate is issued, which is valid for one year
